Join us to renew and refresh your spirit alongside other sisters. Inside our time together you will experience guided visualization meditation with sound healing, heart opening movement, discover the animal spirit that is with you right now and find deep connection with like hearted women!
You will leave feeling rejuvenated and peaceful (think of this as a Fill Your Energy Cup time) Most women also say they leave with a sense of clarity for all they are up to in their lives. 🤎
We will be in circle for 90 minutes inside The Nest, my beautiful home and mountain retreat sanctuary. Once you register you will receive an email with the address plus other details. I am Jill Heiman
I am the Founder and CEO of Awake Journey, LLC a community dedicated to offering a safe space to unravel limiting beliefs and step into your authentic leadership.
I’m a Dream Life Embodiment Guide supporting powHERhouse women, like you, flow from overdrive into purpose driven. I am a sacred activator of dreams, helping you alchemize your vision into reality. Learning how to listen and understand the voice of my heart has been an epic ride. Like any warrioress on the journey, I have faced loss, fallen into darkness, and questioned everything. I overcame sexual assault, a canceled wedding, and climbed out of an over decade long depression. I combine these personal experiences and spiritual learnings with my nearly 20 years inside corporate brand sales to help you navigate a heart-aligned life.
I am also a Best-Selling Author, Podcast Host, Meditation Teacher, Intuitive Reiki Energy Guide, and Certified Dreambuilder Life Coach with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications that currently resides among the mountains outside of Asheville, NC at my retreat sanctuary, The Nest.
