I am Jill Heiman
The Founder and CEO of Awake Journey, LLC a community dedicated to offering a safe space to unravel limiting beliefs and step into your authentic leadership. I’m a Leadership and Embodiment Coach supporting women, like you, harmonize work and life to feel more alive than ever.
Learning how to listen and understand the voice of my body has been one hell of a ride. Like any warrioress on the journey, I have faced loss, fallen into darkness, and questioned everything. I overcame sexual assault at 19 and climbed out of an over decade long depression. I know the heartbreak of pregnancy loss and having life 'plans' completely obliterated. I combine these personal experiences and spiritual learnings with my nearly 20 years inside corporate brand sales to help you navigate a heart-aligned life.
I am also a Licensed Ishtara Teacher (trauma-informed movement method), Mediation and Reiki Energy Guide, Podcaster, Author and Certified Dreambuilder Life Coach with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications that currently resides among the mountains outside of Asheville, NC at my home sanctuary, The Nest.
